Decent food. Manager took our order. Idiyappam with coconut milk was delicious. Mini idly with sambar was also great. Filter coffee also tasted great. Service could have been faster.

Absolutely the worst hospitality I have ever experienced at a Saravana Bhavan. I came here with my parents, and while we were waiting for a table, I saw an empty 4-seater in the AC hall. The moment we went to sit, a staff member rudely stopped us and told us to "wait outside" because "they will feel disturbed." Who is "they"? Are we not paying customers too? This is pure discrimination and disrespect, especially towards elderly people. My parents and I felt humiliated in front of everyone. If you cannot treat all customers equally, then you should not be in the hospitality business. Never expected such arrogant, unprofessional behavior from a so-called reputed hotel. This incident has ensured that we will never return -- and I hope others think twice before visiting.

Only brand name... Car Parking spacious little better But restaurant 1st floor, no service 4 set of table. Restaurant service worst and very very poor no one can address the issue. I have ordered rawa dosai after finished eating another 1 ordered but supplier said that rawa dosa got over.. But myself ok i need 1 dosa the supplier ordered again after 15 to 20 minutes waiting for dosa.. Again supplier came n said the dosa not avail for kitchen issues. Very very very worst don't choose this hotel and also brand name hotel.... Waste of time everything.... Star rating 0/5

Had food 4 times here during our Stay in Tiruchendur. Overall Quality and Taste is very Good. Service needs improvement. I liked the Tiffin items compared to the Meals. Dosa, Pongal , Idli and Sambar Chutney served were all good.

Looks like well managed. Neat and clean. But the cost of food is too high. Taste is not upto the price. Price is not suitable for this locality.
