Worst Experience Ever! Dear Management, Please take this seriously. You've built a great brand -- don't let it suffer because of one person's poor attitude. I'm a regular customer, but this time the service really disappointed me. One particular waiter was extremely rude throughout our evening. As a loyal customer, this made me feel very disrespected. What really Happens? We ordered hot badam milk, and it was too hot to drink. So we politely asked him to make it just warm. But he rudely replied, "You should've told that before ordering." That really hurt. Is this how regular customers should be treated? The food was tasty, but a few items lacked authentic flavor. Still, overall it was decent.
