We visited Aasife Biriyani, Srivilliputhur after seeing their strong Google Maps reviews and impressive claim of 45+ branches since 1999. The ambience here is genuinely impressive--modern, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom and toilet facilities are spotless and well-maintained, which is a big plus and not always easy to find at this price point. Unfortunately, the service disappointed us. After parking as guided by security, we waited quite a while in the lounge with no staff acknowledging our group of five. Only after another couple was seated did the front desk notice us and arrange a table. We ordered Chicken 65 Biriyani, Chicken Soup, and Mutton Soup. The biriyani didn't meet our expectations, though the Chicken Soup was very good. Another downside was the security staff repeatedly asking us to pay in cash, which was irritating. Pros: Great ambience Excellent, clean bathroom facilities Tasty Chicken Soup Cons: Slow and inattentive service Biriyani was underwhelming Persistent requests for cash payment Overall, the ambience and bathroom facilities are top-notch, but the food and service didn't work for us. It may work well for others, but our experience didn't match the high expectations set by their reputation and reviews.
