Prakash Mess

This place is very much hyped. I had food from many kongu style mess in and around this place and there are much better places than this. I was on the way to Chennai and came to this place after seeing reviews. I personally felt this is just an okay kind of restaurant and not that must visit kind of place. I don't think I will visit again.

Homely food at affordable price. No need to worry about stomach

Very homely food. Taste was really nice. Quantity of food provided can be bit more since the cost is really high. Two people had a meal lunch with mutton, chicken & egg. The bill was around Rs.700. worth trying. Quality of the food & hospitality is great. This will be the best home style mess in Perundurai, Erode.

I the quality and taste of lunch they serve..... Mahalakshmi Amma is very good and nice to me.....she has magic in her hands.....she is amazing...... Prakash anna is too good to me......they just don't serve food.....they serve health.....the money we pay is nothing for the service they offer...... I have never tasted such a hot omlette any where else I will miss prkash mess when am moving out of Erode..... I am a regularite there..... Best place for home food... Only lunch is served. Typical kongu home food. Run by an orthodox kongu family Only one servant is available. Go and wait patiently. Ask for vegetarian special dish of the day. Groundnut chutney is mouth watery always. Non veg items are typical gounder family style cooked. Mutton and chicken kulumbu will be awesome. Won't hurt your stomach. Bit costly when you eat non veg as they use country chicken. Regular eaters will be more.
