I have ordered veg fried rice combo Of rs.149 through Swiggy...when I got received from the delivery partner from the hand of him itself I have told him the parcel was fully spilled where it is mixture of rice and gobi manchurian... And not even packed properly when I complaint in Swiggy they said it is completely restaurant mistake we are not responsible for that....I called to the restaurant they are saying it is Swiggy partner mistake...we have packed properly with rubber band I only packed it but there is no rubber band she lying very clearly and I have also as record of it... We I about to ask them refund my money I'll return your food...next time it will not happen we will talk to the management and complaint about the Swiggy partner but they are not ready to accept their mistake... This is not first time from them this is second time...the food got very delay for that too she said it's Swiggy partner mistake....This is worst experience and last order from this restaurant here after am not gonna have food here anymore... please people be aware... I have attached how I got received the parcel! Now the loss is for me...I served the food to the street dogs
