We visited Kurinji Restaurant and Cafe for a casual snack. Ordered coffee and chicken popcorn. The coffee was good, though it could have been a bit stronger. The chicken popcorn was tasty but slightly oily. Service was quick, and the staff were very hospitable. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being served hot drinking water as soon as we walked in from the cold. Price was reasonable. The ambience was pleasant and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. Overall, a good experience!

A nice little cafe slam bang in the centre of busy Ooty town. Visited on Saturday evening in June 2025. Service was prompt and we were served with a smile which makes a big difference in guests feeling welcomed.. We tried the chicken popcorn and coffee and both were on point. The ambience of the cafe is easy going and we had a great time with the main busy street as hardly a distraction. As soon as we sat at a table, we were served with hot water to drink which was greatly appreciated considering that it was chilly outside. Would love to visit again sometime.

Pathetic service, not at all welcoming and customer friendly place. I visited for the first time and had the worst experience. Anybody coming to ooty please avoid going to kurinji I ordered chilly paneer it tasted bad. It was stale.

Food is yummy at reasonable price. I had dose and omlette+ filter coffee. I will recommend spsly omlette and coffee. Hard to find filter coffee in such good flavour. During rush hour Paking could be an issue but paid parking at 60/hr available nearby. I will suggest this place for dine in at reasonable price. But no washroom.

The restaurant is just opposite A2B in Ooty. Food is average. Service is excellent. They handle crowds really well. Fresh fruit juices available. Parking is limited in front of the street. Recommended for quick bites.
