Hotel Saravanas

This hotel is situated in a prime area of the city and is often busy, likely due to its convenient location and the fact that nearby restaurants do not offer better food options. I have visited for tea and occasionally snacks; while the tea is consistently good, I find the overall food quality to be below average. The oil used in food preparation appears to be of poor quality, and there have been instances where chutney served with vadas was not fresh. Hot vadas are only available at specific times. Additionally, the staff often seem disengaged and do not appear to respond to customer feedback. I believe that addressing these concerns, particularly regarding food quality and service, would greatly enhance the dining experience.

Pure vegetarian hotel opposite Fatima college in the main road towards Dindigul. Food is ok and service is good. Ambiance is good but little congested due to want of space. AC dining with table service and non AC self service section are available within the restaurant. Outdoor standing table available for those who consume snacks snd coffee/tea. Separate four wheeler parking lot available adjacent to the restaurant along with toilet facilities for the customers.

Tried their restaurant today with family. This place is nice option for vegans who are quite tired of the regular vegan restaurants in bypass road for a change can try them taste and quality is really good a lots of varieties is available. We tried idly, appam, dosa, rava dosa, chola poori, mushroom biriyani, chilly idly, except mushroom all tasted good. Sides for dosa chutney and sambar quality and taste is service alone i felt is a bit unorganized particularly when it is crowded. Also it's a bit conjusted restaurant with some different built-up so it's quite conjusted rest good. Pricing is nominal as other veg restaurants.

As a regular customer of Hotel Saravanas, I've usually enjoyed their coffee, especially before the evening hours. However, I'm disappointed to say that the quality of coffee served after 5:30 PM (i.e. Paticular Evening Tea Master) has consistently been poor. On multiple occasions, I've noticed that the tea master handling the evening session does not pay attention to customer requests, and the coffee lacks the usual taste and quality. Today, after yet another bad experience, I felt compelled to share this review. It's frustrating to be unheard, especially as a loyal customer who knows the standard they can maintain. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better consistency and attentiveness across all shifts.

I had a worst and tasteless Lunch here. Can't expect this type of Food at Madurai. Really disappointed
