We visited here on 25th Dec 2024 for dinner A perfect ideal option for North Indian food - if you are looking as an preference in Madurai. It's basically a Rajasthani restaurant and is on second floor. Has ample amount of seating space inside and crowd is maximum high here. Service is good and the waiter was generous - again and again asking for more options if we need to order. It's little costly, but its ok and nominal ... I am attaching all the latest clips and pics here.. Would recommend to visit here in this restaurant - if you are in Madurai, Tamil Nadu..

I am a Doctor and Scientist working with the Ministry of Health - ( Toxicology and Paralysis disorder with Food habit).. I am writing to formally bring to your attention the unsatisfactory quality of the food I received in my recent order through Swiggy -- namely, the Mushroom Biryani and Roti Thaali Special (total cost: approximately 550). Upon careful examination, I found the Mushroom Biryani to be excessively dry, deep-fried, and containing very few pieces of mushroom. The dish was heavily seasoned with asafoetida and had multiple black spots, suggesting poor preparation or overcooking. Moreover, both dishes were entirely inconsistent with the pictures displayed on the Swiggy application. Despite my explicit request for "less chilli," the Thaali served was extremely spicy and unpalatable. As part of my professional background in food quality analysis, I conducted a brief sample test using a basic QAA (Quality Assessment Analysis) setup. The findings indicated the probable presence of several undesirable additives, including: Flavor enhancers such as Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). Artificial colorants like Red 40 and Yellow 5 Preservatives including Sodium Benzoate and BHA/BHT. Artificial sweeteners such as Aspartame Other concerning ingredients such as trans fats, high-fructose corn syrup, and azodicarbonamide (a dough conditioner). Furthermore, the overuse of salt, sugar, oil, and the charring of food components could lead to the formation of unhealthy byproducts, making the meal potentially unsafe for consumption. Considering the above observations, I request a full refund for the order, as the food quality was far below acceptable standards and inconsistent with what was advertised. I trust your establishment values its reputation and legacy, and will treat this matter with due seriousness.

Visited this place recently and was quite let down. The staff was extremely rude, and the overall vibe was far from welcoming. Be warned - the rotis are made with maida, not whole wheat, despite what you might expect. I ordered Dal Makhani and Chana Masala, and it was obvious they had just reheated pre-cooked food. There were visible food colorants, which raises concerns about the quality and healthiness of the ingredients. My dad ordered a thali while the rest of us chose individual dishes. I took one roti from his plate, and shockingly, the owner started shouting at us over it - quite unprofessional, especially considering the roti wasn't even made with pure atta. Definitely not an experience I'd want to repeat. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for good service or healthy, freshly-prepared food.
