I want to know who was the lady , who was at the billing counter on 24/7/2025, around 11 am .. when my mother asked her for some hot water to drink while waiting to get the food parcelled, the lady has replied as " we don't have a stove in this hotel ".. which hotel runs with no stove ?! Are you living out the food for free? Even if it's free who gave you the right to be rude to another person?! I need the details or at least update the phone number of the restaurant. I better file a complaint on her .
