Very poor service from billing counter to delivery counter. Last night I went for getting parcel with 5 idly and 1 ghee dosa. At the time they are getting parcel charges of thirty rupees. I was shocked when I received parcel. Because they are given chutney in small boxes. At the time I have asked,, how is sufficient for all. But they are convincing me, it is sufficient. I don't know how that is sufficient for that. At the time I have faced very poor argument. So I request to everyone, if you want pakka service means, you will go to some other hotel, not Ananda bhavan..

Food is very good. All the items are very tasty. Floor manager's management is very poor. He is just concerned about filling the seats at table. He is not waiting for customers to finish eating the ordered food. When we ordered for a coffee, they mentioned that it is not available. But when some one who has ordered coffee later, they were served with coffee. Customer should be satisfied with both tasty food and respect as well.

Had been to this place on august 15th 2025 friday at afternoon 1 clk, the waiters spk so arrogantly n the behaviour of the staff was indesent, they feel as if they serve food for free, too much of head weight to waiters and staff i felt so bad n walked of not eating food, i dnt knw wht is managment doing with appointing rogues as waiters who behave indecently with families with loud n arrogant nature..... I request families n others not to use this hotel as the staff are very very very arrogant and rude...very worst experience n worst natured hotel staff.... I had read in a paper about the news article about this rude behaviour but experienced it tdy live....... Shame on them

Recommended for vegetarians. We have tasted panner biryani and meals. Both are very tasty and i like panner biryani very much. Prices are also reasonable. Thank you...
