Gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option. We had a really disappointing experience here. The service was honestly terrible. We ordered our meals, and while the food did eventually come, the rice took forever to be served. It's supposed to be unlimited rice and rasam, but no one bothered to check on us or refill anything even though we asked multiple times. It felt like we were being ignored. We also tried to order drinks, but no one came to take our order until much later and even then, it took forever for the drinks to actually arrive. Just to give you an idea of how long we were waiting, there was this little word search game at the table with about 25-30 words. We finished the whole thing, and the food still hadn't arrived. That pretty much says it all. We did speak to the male staff about how frustrating the experience was, but there was no genuine apology or effort to make it right. But of course, when it came time to bring the bill, that showed up quickly no delays there. Overall, the service was just not okay, and it really spoiled what could've been a nice meal. Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend.
