One of the good restaurants on the highway near Kovilpatti with ample car parking facility. Tasty food at reasonable cost. Rest room is maintained in clean and hygienic conditions. Try the Kandhavilas Halwa, tastes similar to Tirunelveli iruttu kadai halwa. Hand wash basin needs to be modified for easy accessibility. Recently tried their open air seating dining area and it was good with decorative lightings. Well maintained children play area also available. Next to the restaurant, there is a textile outlet selling Sarees, towels, and other garments in the brand name "Majic Wall".

We found this place on my travel to Bangalore it's close to Tirunelveli ...could only get ghee roast and plain dosa as everything else was over by that time ...lot of parking and lot of space to cater to open food counter to hall with serving space ...availability of counter to buy snacks all makes it a good pit stop ...since we went at 11 pm couldn't make the full use of features here ...overall a good place to halt on the way to Blore

Great food and snacks. The bajjis and vadais (keerai and ragi) were really nice. Service was amazing, thanks to Gautham. He was quick, energetic and very friendly. Definitely get the ellu podi from here, it's really good.
