Sri Varaha Foods - Kallidaikurichi

Recent I purchased Diwali Combo pack from them. All the items were very tasty and of good quality. All the items were prepared with utmost care taking in to account the customer's taste and health. Good Value for the money spent. The packaging was good and I was getting the updates on courier tracking from time to time through email and the package was delivered well on time. Keep it up. In future I will definitely purchase from Sri Varaha Foods any item as and when the need arises.

I regularly purchase from Sri Varaha Foods and this time I ordered the Krishna Jayanthi combo. The items were delivered well before the puja and everything was very tasty -- in particular the vella seedai, uppu seedai, and thenkuzhal. Along with that, I had also ordered sambar powder and sundaikai vathal, both of which had that authentic, traditional taste. Truly great flavors!

Packing was very very poor. Everything was shattered. We pay for products so that we can consume. We pay for shipment as well. But unfortunately care is not taken in packing and making sure it reaches the customer in proper condition. It's an utter waste of money and extremely disappointing to see our money going to waste.

I used to have afternoon lunch here and also had dinner (attached both photos). Tastes above average. But service could be improved. Extra vegetables curry were provided but of very little little quantity. Cleanliness can be improved. The drinking water tumbler is dirty and I took photograph of that. Also the Salk vessel is also little dirty.

During Gokulashtami, I ordered from Srivaraha foods online for a Gokulashtami combo pack for 799 and in addition two pockets of uppu seedai and two pockets of vella seedai. The ordered items were received within the prescribed time limit through DTDC. But when I opened the package, I found that one pocket of butter murkku instead of one pocket of uppu seedai and remaining items were received as per order. Hence I raised the complaint through WhatsApp along with order number and photo of the pocket of Butter muruku received. I received the call from a madam who is polite, soft spoken and accepted the mistake and assured that she will send one pocket of uppu seedai as and when the stock is available. To my surprise when I placed another order recently and reminded the madam through WhatsApp about the earlier incident, she has sent one pocket of uppu seedai along with the recent order. All the items of Srivaraha foods are tasty especially the tomato thokku which we often use it, is liked by all my family members. My kudos especially to the madam who spoke to me politely and softly and resolved my complaint.
