Very disappointing experience! Ordered Perry Paneer, Corn & Cheese, and Veg Extravaganza (extra cheese burst) -- all were of very poor quality, tasted like plain bread with low-grade cheese and vegetables. Packaging was substandard, and staff even asked us to carry extra pizza in a plastic bag! Each pizza cost 500+, but the quality and service were far below Domino's standards. Totally not worth the money -- ruined our special occasion.
At the Hosur Domino's Pizza restaurant, several issues affected my visit. The air conditioning was not functioning, making the dining area uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no tissues available for customers. Although I received a notification stating that my order was ready, it took an additional 20 minutes for it to be served. These problems indicate a lack of proper maintenance and attention to customer service.
I've been a loyal Domino's customer for several years, but I'm extremely disappointed with the current state of their outlets in Hosur. The quality of food has noticeably gone downhill from undercooked pizzas to stale toppings. What's worse, I recently fell sick after eating from one of the outlets. This isn't just about taste anymore, it's about safety. It's really sad to see a brand I used to trust drop so far in standards. I won't be ordering Domino's from Hosur again.
Best pizza in town .. Love their crust. Giving them 3 stars because I see they have reduced the size of other dish like meatballs , panner veg parcel . Also they charge for tomato sauce which is bit not okay.
Hi I'm mohanraj, today I was ordered margarita pizza with 250ml sprite in hosur domino's through zomato. Zomato boy called and asked extra 30 rupees for delivery or you have to taken in mookondapalli bus stop(1km away). Then I told I will pay you come.Then he can and given only pizza not sprite.Then I asked him, he told they not given to me what I have to do! This incident very worst and I feel unhappy. Please don't go to here.
