Worst Experience on 06.07.2025 during lunch time I had a very disappointing experience at your hotel yesterday. I ordered Chicken Biryani without egg for 160, but the quantity was extremely poor -- only three very small pieces of chicken (approximately 70 grams), and even the rice quantity was less than expected. I then ordered a Kushka (also without egg) for 110, and again, the portion size was very low considering the price. When I brought this to the server's attention, he responded rudely and without any courtesy. I then approached the person at the counter to address the issue, but unfortunately, he too was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. No effort was made to resolve the concern -- no compensation was provided, nor was any discount offered. I was still charged the full amount despite the poor quality and service. Additionally, I noticed a serious hygiene issue near the AC dining hall. Just behind the entrance, the plate washing area was filthy. The washing space looked disgusting, almost like a vomit area, and the water used for cleaning plates was visibly dirty. This raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had in any restaurant. The poor food quantity, high pricing, rude staff behavior, and extremely unhygienic conditions have left me very disappointed. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve both the quality of food and hygiene, as well as staff behavior and customer service.
