My husband admitted in hospital for that we prefer home food .. so we contacted TBox for 1week .... From very first day they asked us to pay for 1week in advance which was by me Rs.1350. One day only we had food from them. Taste average and quality very bad . We asked them to cancel the order to stop any further food delivery.. asked for refund of balance amount... they shouted at me.... Still they didn't refund us.. they didn't respond our call too... This most ugliest service and response
