The business is not good. Their model of behaving to customer should be improved, they are just doing things for sake. I order just a coffee and waited around 15 - 20 mins. Their mannerism is not appreciated. We are paying right, it's not free community. After I was scrolling through their reviews everyone is typing a length comments. Just think usually we won't review but someone who is spending time to express their dissatisfaction as paragraph. How wonder !! Management try to improve it. It's not encouraging. Thanks Ambience : 3.5/ 5 Service @ Billing : 1/5 @Response for order : 0.5/5 devasting Point : Not advisable 0/5

The restaurant is located right under the flyover while coming from the railway station and going to Perundurai road. Parking is almost inexistent even for two wheelers- can squeeze in a few within the while lines. There is no dedicated parking space. Went in at about noon on a Wednesday to get parcel, the cashier was busy on phone and then was taking a photo of what appeared to be a filled vessel of lassi or sorts. After I finally managed to get his attention, asked for the variety rice options and chose sambar rice and curd rice. Bill is not provided, only parcel slip. The interior is well done, if only the service was half as good. The self service counter had ladies gossiping and the fun and frolic ended with a frown as I went in with the parcel slip. Two 375ml containers were filled and placed in front of me and she stared for me to take them. I was puzzled as it was not put in a cover and no accompaniments were there. I insisted on appalam and she agreed okay appalam for sambar rice, then she added two 1re pickle packets and hesitatingly a packet with crisps, and then later on two spoons brought in from the cash counter. Why can't a paper cover be provided to carry the parcel items after paying above average prices for the food itself? I got a bill of 155. I was told that if I needed a cover, I needed to pay an additional 6- not sure if it'd have their adverts or not. To sum up, the service I experienced was forgettable. The food was ok. But anything special for the above average price? Nothing, in my opinion. No pricing advantage, no taste advantage, no experience advantage, just another food outlet. Pair that with subpar service, not a great experience.

We as a family visited yesterday at 2.30 pm. The person who is in cash counter Yuva rani she just bills the food with out knowing the availability. We ordered quite few things where the tomato rice was spicy and couldn't even finish half the bowl and mushroom briyani had just 2 pieces of mushroom in it for the entire portion and curd vadai was totally out of the portion, it wasn't soaked even for 15 min. May be the hotel management should hire a chef and the panner fried rice was that tooo oily by which they give us free spike over the cholesterol. Even though it's self service we have to shuttle between the billing counter and service area to get a replacement food for the one which we ordered is not available. I struggled a lot in hunger with all these disappointments I didn't had my lunch and left the place. There is another women staff who was working with the billing counter where she refused us to give Even a tomato sauce packet at our table saying poi vangikanga Yuvarani also suggested you can leave and have good food at some where the other place. People from other districts please don't visit its totally time waste and money waste of Rs.800

This is pure vegetarian cafe situated on the Perundurai road near Roundana below the bridge. Varieties are not much available and taste is ok. No parking lots available for cars. Atmosphere is neat. No table service available. Only self service and whatever we need later should go and again purchase the food. Refilling of Kurumas also to be done by self service only. This is difficult for senior citizens.
