This cafe is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cozy decor and relaxed vibe make it the perfect spot for a study session or a catch-up with friends. I ordered their cafe latte, and it was hands down the best latte I've ever had! The barista really knows their craft, and the latte art was amazing. I also tried their chicken lasagna it was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a fantastic coffee experience. I'll definitely be back soon - it's my new favorite spot.

I used to be a regular at this place, especially for their hot chocolate cake. On some days, it does sell out, which is completely understandable. Since I visit often, I've developed the habit of calling ahead to check whether the hot chocolate cake is available before going. On this occasion, I called as usual and was assured that it was available. However, when we arrived, the waiter informed us that they had been out of desserts for a couple of days due to machinery cleaning and that the hot chocolate cake was not available. When I mentioned the phone call and the confirmation I had received, the waiter was apologetic but helpless. It was disappointing to see such a clear lack of communication between the staff. Cafe cake bee can do better! You lost a regular customer because of this incident.

A nice warm cafe with polite and welcoming staff. A perfect place to have a quiet conversation with some cake and sandwiches, haven't tried their breaks fast but the menu looked interesting with eggs Benedict/ florantine. We had the chicken club sandwich which was a double decker! and filled with flavourful sauces chicken and egg which can be shared with two people. The bbq chicken wings was coated with a nice sauce and a decent portion. For desert we had the 7 layered chocolate cake which was a regular chocolate cake, however the New York cheesecake with blueberries was really good, a little too firm but it was a very nice velvety texture and good quality cheese. Terrible service, no waiters around, they all go into the kitchen and you have to wait till they decide to come out which is every 15 minutes. Almost everything we asked for on the menu was unavailable. There was only one other family present and no online deliveries and yet the food took almost 25-30 minutes to come, that too, only after we asked them multiple times. They only informed us about the unavailable items 5 minutes before serving which was very unprofessional. Keep in mind, this is a regular dinner timing on a saturday night. We would have left and cancelled the orders but they brought the food few minutes after. We ordered orange juice, and they served mosambi juice, and said they didn't have any ice. We ordered a grilled chicken and mashed potatoes, they didn't have mashed potatoes. The mushroom sauce that came with it had barely any mushrooms and was not even a sauce, it was thick and bland and cold. The "herbed potatoes" they provided was barely cooked and had zero flavour. All the food tasted homemade and underseasoned and below average quality. The quesadillas were bland and the tortilla was not grilled enough. The sandwich was also flavourless and their sundried tomatoes tasted spoilt. There were mosquitoes everywhere, even a dead one on the dining table and the dinner was simply unbearable. A complete waste of money, and not to mention- overcharged. For this 3/10 meal, we paid 1600. One of the worst meals we've had in Coimbatore probably. Will never visit again, and would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered Cajun Spiced Grilled Chicken in swiggy from them. They asked me as there is no smashed potato i can cancel the oder and they can't. i hesitated knowing that I wont get refunded. but insisted me alot and said they will issue a refund from their side through swiggy. When I cancelled i didn't refund from swiggy or any support from them. As i was ordering food them from long time I trusted them but they are worth of. Pathetic experience neither i got refund from swiggy nor from them. But my friend got smashed potato when he ordered just few minutes after i placed.
