This complaint concerns a critically serious incident involving food safety, combined with an unacceptable failure in customer service that occurred today, October 21, 2025, at approximately 11:15 AM. 1. The Incident: Life-Threatening Contamination Upon receiving my delivered meal, I discovered a large iron bolt--a piece of industrial equipment--embedded within the food. This is not just a minor foreign object; it represents severe contamination and an immediate, potentially life-threatening hazard. I was relying on this food while sick and unable to leave my residence. This negligence demonstrates a profound disregard for customer safety. Had this contaminated parcel gone to another family, or had I--or a child--inadvertently swallowed this object, the consequences would have been catastrophic, requiring immediate medical intervention. This is a live, critical safety threat stemming directly from your hotel's preparation process (as staff later suggested it came from a mixer grinder). 2. Failure in Customer Service and Resolution I immediately contacted the hotel. I communicated clearly that due to my illness and the prevailing weather conditions (my elderly father had already struggled in the rain to deliver the food, and could not return), I was unable to personally visit the hotel or quickly seek a replacement meal elsewhere. * Conflicting Information: Mrs. Thilagavthi Saravanan initially admitted the issue and stated a refund would be issued. However, when I called back, I was given conflicting information by a male staff member. While Mrs. Saravanan suggested I order online, this staff member failed to ensure the hotel's online app (Swiggy) was active, and then speculated that the food item might be finished, effectively refusing to check on the situation or provide a replacement. * Focus on Money, Not Safety: The management's only concern was offering an immediate refund. There was zero empathy or effort to solve my immediate problem: replacing the contaminated meal and ensuring I had food. * Customer Abandonment: The male staff member suggested I order from a competitor, Perambur Sreenivasa, without acknowledging that the refund amount would not cover the cost difference, and then stated, "I can't do anything for this." 3. Immediate Consequences As a result of this contamination and your hotel's indifferent response, I was left without any food, sick, and unable to secure a meal. I spent valuable time arguing over a refund while starving and desperately hungry. The hotel's carelessness has led to: 1. Direct Threat to Health (from the bolt). 2. Financial Loss (cost of food, delivery, and time wasted). 3. Physical Distress (being forced to go hungry while ill). I require a formal, written explanation detailing the internal investigation into how an industrial iron bolt entered the prepared food. Furthermore, I expect a full and immediate refund for the meal, as well as a proposed resolution for the distress and hardship caused by your management's carelessness and lack of customer focus. I reserve the right to report this severe food safety violation to the relevant health authorities if a satisfactory response and assurance of corrective action are not immediately provided.

Simple things I can say "Prefer for someother hotel even small shop will give good quality and taste food" they don't even have the capability to earn one star rating it should be zero but we don't have the option here for given zero star rating. The owner has the bad attitude they don't even know how to hospitality with the customers since customers coming there because few veg hotel are near that area and next 2 shop are good non veg hotel. We have given order for home function they didn't even say to us they won't deliver the order when I reached hotel directly asked was speaking lethargic manner it would have mentioned in the bill they gave but nothing mentioned in that will attach the bill as well in image for reference as proof. So I told will cancel the order lunch because we can't come and take the food and come back again to give the vessels since have more work will have to see the function work. He said ok you can cancel the order we will give to someone else and you don't even want take the food which prepared for breakfast it's already 8Am food was getting late to serve . We have given order food for 30 people for serving them they need to give banana leave it was shortage given 27 leaves only found while counting later they given 3 leaves after coming home we opened fully checked 10 leaves was in worst damaged condition which we can't use it. Even Vada count was given less and quality of the food was worst we putted most of the things in dustbin only because of the taste.

We order the food in the morning 10 am to deliver the food on 5:30 but unfortunately they didn't make the promise on time. Even we requested to make it fast they are refused. They asked for 2000 advance for vessels and before confining the order they accepted for driving proof and Aadhar but even they not make on time so asking 2000 cash it's waste of time ordering the food. So before order the food pls make documents to confirm I'll give 0 stsr to this hotel. I made the payment of cash 2000 and this is the bill copy they given just have a look

One of the worst experience I had in this hotel... Pls don't go unless u really don't have a choice. I ordered food worth 200 Rs (which I paid for parcel), they irritated me so much that i walked out without food, neither i got my money back. Waited nearly 25 min and get to hear the same story that they are preparing ur orders. Thu... Ithellam oru hotel nu .. Long story short just go another 2km and u will get much more better food with better service ( Ambattur OT) worth ur money.
