Food is tasty but they will loose most customers because of their service and attitude, especially the old lady who sits in bill counter. Have continuously had bad experience with her while getting parcel last 3 - 4 times.

Pocket friendly eatery with super taste which we never can't get in big hotels too. Not suitable for those who expect high level of hygiene. An Aged couples running this hotel with great difficulty in terms of Quality, Pricing and man power too. They can't do improvement in billing section as matter of their own financial safety it seems.. Pl don't expect computerised billing, card swiping facility, Cosy interiors, smiling waiters, If you expect good simple south indian food at cheaper price means this place is Ok.. Reviews based on our own eating experience for last 3 years with this hotel.

Today I bought Pongal from this shop and found a cockroache in the food...Such a worst quality and completely unhygienic. I am regular customer of this shop and not sure how many days the food was such bad. Please avoid this hotel at all costs as they don't care a bit about hygiene and health.

The best reason is that you will get homely food taste price also very cheap. All food good taste especially not too much spicy. Your expectations is full fill here.

This is one of our favorite hotels but recently they are not providing a good service (during dinner) due to the over crowd - both dinein and parcel. I ordered Dosas for my parents and they made me wait for more than 40 minutes due to the confusion and they are not capable of managing the crowd. Irrespective of multiple reminders, they put me waiting for a long time. Very worst experience today. Giving the feedback to improve on this aspect.
