I ordered Chicken Kothu Parotta from Navaladi Restaurant via Swiggy, and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with food delivery. The food was spoiled and smelled so bad that I literally puked after having a few bites. This is not just about taste it's about basic food safety and health. What's worse, there was no proper customer support. The restaurant's phone number is not reachable, and instead of addressing the seriousness of this issue, Swiggy casually offered me a coupon of 58, which I never even asked for. Is our health taken so lightly? Food safety is not a joke. Navaladi Restaurant, please be responsible for what you are serving to customers. This kind of negligence can cause serious health problems.

Navaladi Kongu Style Hotel in Poonthamallee, Chennai, serves generous portions of flavorful Kongu-style biryani. The ambience is average, parking space for cars is available but very limited. The food tasted good, we went there as they have non veg meals on the menu, they have more varieties on the menu but in reality they have only limited items, meaning they have special meals etc but in reality they have one veg meal and one non veg meal. All the other items like biryani, fried rice etc were available too. One chicken 65 were provided to us as complimentary for their anniversary. We had vanjaram fish fry which tasted like an old one, so please avoid fish items here. Regarding service they have very limited people to serve, so they were not able to serve properly as the place is crowded.

Kongu style recipes are good especially on nalli roast. Mutton Biriyani is not available at the time of visit. And we bought a plain briyani that was not hot.... The atmosphere and paintings are very nice.

Worst experience, overall don't go there, there are other shops around there, one thing i want to mention if you order mushroom biriyani they will give you mushroom fried rice. If you ask why they will tell you you are the one ordered this and we dont have mushroom biriyani
