Taste is very subective however hygine is not. In each and every fnb outlet hygine should be the top most priority and in this case it was not followed.We found a single strand of hair from the Chicken biriyani w ordered. It was with the raita that was served along with. Upon raising the issue with the manager it seemed like he is leaat bothered about. Such a incompetent manager with no sense of responsibilty and no skills of complaint handling. The guy never even extended a sincere apology. The body language was pathetic.He atleaat could have changed the plate and offered a new portion of raita. But nothing he was simply standing and listening to what i had to say and no satisfactory response at all. Its a very pathetic experience in a such a prestigious outlet. Personal hygine should be checked....it needs to be checked very frequently if all the staff that are associated are wearing the hair net or not. Kindly take it as a feedback and do conduct more audits and tranning sessions on food hygine.

I am not sure if i am gonna ever visit this particular place hereafter.

Idk why this was reviewed bad. I loved the food and the ambience was good as well. The service was warm enough and it was normally priced. We had a lotta food but it still costed 1200 for three people. Loved their moru moru chicken btw.

In biryani there is one FLY and never take any serious action. Very below average taste.
No one taken second order it will take more than 15mins. Worst service. Management should take action for this. Even single dish is not good taste, so people don't waste your money.

This place is pathetic for its service. Really no customer service. If u inform about the delay they will show awful face on you. I dono if this one is a franchise or brand outlet. Who ever pls take right action . That too for your good..

Very very worst ever restaurant... We wait for long time no one will come n take service.. AC literally not in use.. this kind of place came for peaceful n enjoy the food but here for enjoying food pls don't come here...
