I bought sweets from this Mallur-Salem. One of worst taste I had from A2B.the mixed sweet box all the sweets are dried and salty. Mysore Pak is 3rd grade and half baked.i could feel raw flour smell. We are paying double the price comparing an avg sweet shops then why you guys are doing like this. I spent 800 rupees just for 1kg of sweet. Not even one sweet is up to your grade, especially from this outlet. I am flustrated in this diwali time.and.see how the ladoos were packed?? Is this how you pack cheap and sell sweets.WORST IN ALL ASPECT.

Hotel was neat and clean overall, but the tumblers for drinking water were not very clean. I ordered Dosa, Rava Dosa, Podi Onion Uthappam, and Poori - the food was super tasty. Service was quick and all items were served correctly. Ambience was good. Overall, a nice experience.

A place for this who has no self respect It's too crowded and one has to wait like beggars to get a seat. If you think crowd is cus of the greatness, nope, it's like many other places due to the hype us what i feel, and of course we my cousin said when I didn't want to have from here that there is no other place after this due to the highway. It takes such a long time to serve which will add to the surge in crowd. The vada ordered camw along with the bill and we had to pack it and take. The kesari ordered didn't come at all. Luckily they didn't bill it. Else had to pack that too. Tea also came late. I went to wash my hands so that I can pay the bill while having tea and save time, but the lady came and put her hands in the tea while cleaning the table. I had to leave it. Vada, tea, kesari etc are not things made then itself and hence the delay is not due to the crowd, but the crowd is due to the delay. It might be a business tactic.

Today morning we had breakfast. Quality of food is average. As per our Tamil tradition we should serve water first. Nowadays they never do that in almost all hotels. At least A2B management should give training to their staff on this issue. The was area is not kept clean. The PVC curtain provided on the entrance is very heavy and it hurts old people. Please remove it.
