While they serve yummy Shawarmas they are often contaminated with insects due to their shawarma station is setup outside. In this instance I found a dead fly and this is not the first time. Reporting here as it is happening repeatedly and hoping stepin management will ensure to maintain food quality.

Fantastic Experience with Step In - Arakkonam! We recently ordered biryani and chicken gravy from Step In for my daughter's 1st birthday celebration, and the food was absolutely delicious! The biryani was flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the chicken gravy was a big hit with all our guests. We were so impressed with the quality and taste that we've decided to place all our future function orders with Step In. You find it hard to dine in if your group exceeds more than 5... Not recommended for a couple date night though good for lil family Food tastes good and it's fresh The quantity of food served is satiable Recommended for people who love non vegetarian
