I had the worst experience with this food service. Initially, he promised to provide the tiffin on time, but as soon as I sent him the money, he started making excuses and regularly canceled the tiffin. This went on for 10 consecutive days. After that, he called me and said, 'Ma'am, please take a refund. I can't deliver the tiffin to you every day; because of your order, I miss delivering tiffins to other people.' When it came to the refund, he deducted 70 per meal, even though the meal was 60 for one time. I only received 7 tiffins (morning and evening) in total over 10 days, but he deducted the money for 8 tiffins. When I asked for the remaining amount, he said he would refund it after collecting the tiffins. It's been a month, and he still hasn't refunded the money or collected the tiffins. He doesn't answer calls either nor responses to my text. Bad service. Poor behavior.
