Hotel Uday Residency

On first impression the rooms seemed modern and nice. But closer inspection showed stained duvet and sheets (they were changed but still dirty), a sink who's taps almost came off in our hands, and general dirt. There was a horrible smell and brown stain on one side of the bed and our clothes and bags smelled bad after just one night here. It's a shame because a deep clean would sort all the above. Positives; Staff were nice, helpful and the food was excellent. I would eat at the restaurant but wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

The food here was really good. We had mutton and it was cooked to perfection. Non veg was also tasty. We were amazed of the food quality. Rooms are clean and nice, and the owner, Ravi, went over his head by helping us with different matters.

Very small rooms , And food quality not even eatable..asked one plate Veg Pakoda ..it was not fresh and even soooo much oily took back and bring another plate saying this is fresh but that was same item nothing was changed except the plate ... When Waiter came to take dinner order we denied to take in this hotel ... Not advisable to stay here unless u don't have any other option ...

The hotel looks very nice, the rooms are clean, spacious, with Ac. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Ravi, the owner, was the most welcoming, and did all his best to make us feel welcomed and to provide everything we needed. He was very helpful also with buying train and bus tickets for us. Thanks Ravi for all

1. Best of the lot of this hotel was food... Very good 2. However, rooms were very small, you would feel claustrophobic; 3. Amenties at ro.can be improved, water/light/ac issue was dere. 4. Restaurant manager/gur taking order was slow/with no customer service etiquettes. Even after telling specific criteria for food; they couldn't bother to arrange itema. Overall Rating -3.5/5
