It was a complete waste of time. I ordered my tiffin from here after confirming that they deliver to my location and paying in advance. However, they sent the food through Zomato (not home-cooked). Then the Zomato delivery guy asked for payment. When I refused to pay, he made me speak to Zomato customer support, who then threatened to cancel my ability to order food via COD. Meanwhile, the tiffin service people were not answering my calls the whole time. Frustrating and time-wasting experience.
