Hello Food - A Deeply Disappointing Experience (Gidderbaha I had high hopes when I decided to try Hello Food today, but sadly, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The burger I received was neither appetizing in taste nor in appearance -- the patty was of poor quality, there was very little mayonnaise, the flavors were completely off, and there was absolutely no presentation. There was no freshness or care in what was served. Still hoping for a better experience, I ordered Hakka noodles -- only to be served without soy sauce, which is a basic and essential part of the dish. When I politely asked for it, the staff casually responded, "This is how we serve it," showing no effort to improve the situation or even offer an apology. Adding to the frustration, when I requested an extra plate, I was given cheap disposable plates, despite being seated for dine-in service. and the staff seemed disinterested and unbothered by the needs of their customers. Honestly, even simple street food vendors serve with more flavor, effort, and hospitality. I will not be visiting Hello Food again, and I would not recommend it to anyone
