I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this restaurant today, and I feel compelled to share it. First of all, we had made a reservation well in advance, yet when we arrived, we were seated at a corner table with a terrible view -- the worst possible spot in the place. To make matters worse, I had an offer to redeem, but the staff, possibly the manager, flat-out refused to honor it without any valid explanation. This led to an unnecessary argument, and during this exchange, the staff member started laughing for no reason and even had the audacity to insult me. Despite his unprofessional behavior, I chose to remain respectful and ordered the food anyway. The food was just okay, but that didn't make up for the appalling service. The staff's manners were nonexistent, and their dress code was sloppy. I will not be returning to this place and would advise others to avoid it if they value decent service and respect.

A tortoise is much faster than their service. Also they do inappropriate billing. And when you inquire about same, they will give you baseless answers. Not recommended at all. Cheap and money minded place. Worst place to hangout in Amritsar.

Place is just awful and almost in last days of its existence. The steward had the peanuts from the same bowl that they were to serve. When we confronted the staff started acting. Beer they will pour in their kitchen and then serve you rather than getting it infront of you. Nothing was good about the place. The cook was walking in slippers while customers had food in the dining area.

I ordered a large pizza online . I received a small size pizza with packing in foil paper , no box was provided and even the seasonings with it were of expired date . So if you care about you health , don't ever order anything from this restaurant. Quality and quantity both are horrible here .
