Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered food for takeaway, but the items I received were completely wrong. Not only did they mess up the order, but the staff didn't seem concerned when I called to inform them. The packaging and labeling were careless, and there was no apology or effort to fix the mistake. For the prices they charge, I expected at least basic accuracy and courtesy. Definitely not ordering from here again until they improve their service quality.
Stopped by during a trip through Karaikal and was impressed by the quality and taste. The veg meals were delicious, and the mixed fried rice came in generous portions. We also loved the mushroom curry and Gobi 65--both were flavorful. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant had a clean, comfortable ambiance. it's our family's go to restaurant. They have good variety. The service is good overall. They have a/c and non a/c rooms with spacious dining. They have a waiting corner for the a/c room. Would recommend extending the place to allow more seating considering the crowd. There's no parking for four wheelers.
Pathetic experience at this restaurant. The waiters behave as if they are the owners and treat customers like they are getting food for free. The lady waiters are more focused on tips than providing proper service. No one responds properly, and there is no system to allot seats -- customers are left waiting and running around to find a place on their own. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth visiting.
