Not here to complain about food. I am going for manager and staffs as they are very rude, inattentive and seems bothered by simple requests. They waited me 45-50 mins for a simple order (2 x Panner pakoda, 2 x Corn salt n pepper) while they r busy preparing online orders. When i approached the manager, he was dismissive and defensive, failing to acknowledge the issue and back fire on me with unnecessary reasons. I hope they will get a taste of their own medicine very soon !

Worst experience ever!!!! A restaurant is known for its good food and great service. Its a sad note that this place served neither. We waited for around 40-45 minutes and still noone catered to us (even after telling us that they would serve within 20 minutes). We kept telling them that we were in a rush abd we needed the food. But the manager kept arguing and relentlessly back answeing us in the loudest and the most un courteous way possible! After waiting for over an hour, even when the food was served, it was clearly visivle that it was an online order given to us whuch tasted bland and tasteless. Extremely dissatisfied with their service. They SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN and taught a lesson on mannerism !

Yesterday my brother had been here in the evening to order some snacks . First and foremost they made us wait for an hour inspite of telling us within 10-15 min it will be ready . Even after waiting for an hour we requested them to do it fast to which the manager responds rudely that we aren't cooking the food , why can't u wait ?! Imagine inspite of waiting fr an hour they still behave rude . Out of our discipline , we still stayed back since we had already placed order but even after that the food tasted so bad . It was our worst experience ever . Only suggestion is it's not always about the food n time , it's about behaviour with your customer so please learn that and don't repeat this again with anyone

Hotel is good, food is delicious, manager is good and well behaved still gave one star because I'm unsatisfied by a waiter so dear owner you please have a look into this and let them learn how to treat costumers.. Otherwise overall good. Not all waiters are bad.

Very Bad Behaviour of Hotel owner and staffs. They take room rent in advance and then they behave very arrogantly. No staffs are available in the morning till 11 am. If called in the number provided didn't got the small service like bed tea and water, Tata sky was also not recharged, geyser was also not working. I am a regular visitor at Balasore but this hotel was my worst experience. Now owner to save his face is saying I was escaping without informing.....Hahaha....yes I offered Rs.300 for extra hour stay not bribe and was not at all interested to stay there for 1 more night. When I complaint about the service they arrogantly told me that you plz check out and refuse to compensate me. I was forced to stay one more night . Also told that they don't have any competition in there business and it's my wish not to come again.
