Worst experience ever - avoid this place at all costs! This so-called hotel in Jatni is an absolute disgrace. They served us stinking chicken, and when we confronted this, they shamelessly refused to admit their mistake. We asked them to replace it, but they flatly refused. We couldn't even take a single bite, yet they had charged us the full amount. The owner was so rude, arrogant, and completely unapologetic, behaving as if poisoning customers is just normal business. Even after taking our money, he argued with us and even threatened, proudly saying: "I have so many customers, if two people don't come, it won't affect my earnings." This shows the kind of disgusting attitude they have. The food is kept openly in the dirtiest, most unhygienic way, surrounded by flies and filth - a straight invitation to disease. This place is nothing less than a health hazard. Even giving them one star feels like too much. We have already filed a complaint with the Food Safety Department to conduct a surprise inspection of this hotel. They are openly playing with people's health just for money. If you value your health, money, and self-respect, stay far away. Unless you want food poisoning and humiliation, never step foot in this shameless hotel.

Absolutely Disgusting If I could give zero stars, I would. The food at this hotel was beyond unacceptable. I was served chicken that was smelled rancid. I complained to the staff, but instead of apologizing or replacing the food, they shrugged it off as if it was normal. Hygiene standards here are nonexistent, and serving rotten food is a serious health risk. Save yourself the nightmare--avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst experience. Never going again. I will never recommend anyone to eat here. Instead go to SAFFRON SPICE behind it, SAFFRON SPICE is far more better in terms of food quality and service. I visited this place and had chilli chicken. Chicken was rotten and had pungent smell. When I informed it to the staff they behaved rudely. Owner is ill mannered, he said my friend that I have started this hotel before you were born, don't teach me how to make food. In India where we believe in Vasudeva Kutumbakam ("The world is one family") and treat our customers and guests as our god, this man is so ill mannered. I would have visited this hotel in future, but with this behavior of owner, I was mentally shaken. Oil quality is questionable. Food items are prepared in advance and they are not also bothered to cover it. Giving stale foods without any regret. Eating here means challenging your immune system. My friends from IIT Bhubaneswar had always warned me regarding the same. Most of them often have suffered in dysentery. I would recommend SAFFRON SPICE any day, paying just 10-20 Rs extra for hygiene, better atmosphere and well treatment is worth than eating in such third class place.

The worst food ever in the terms of freshness & hygiene. The owner behaves rudely. I was given stale smelly chicken and afrer complaining he didnt even pay notice. Worst worst service ever.

Have visited this place few times.today had worst exp. Ordered chicken fried rice......they served some fried rice with soya sauce n vinegar overloaded. I hv attached pic. Whan asked , the person said this is the only fried rice that they serve. He totally disagreed that fried rice can white in texture. Chicken fried rice ,@120, egg fried rice,@100. #notrecommended #highlydissapointed
