Biryani Vibes (Cloud Kitchen)

I am not a food critic but I am definitely a food lover a lot of hearing about Biryani Vibes of Burla since it was open it was near about 136 kilometre from my native hence just try to test I must go to a long distance finally today that time was came and here I am presenting my review... I compare Biryani with 3 criteria :- 1. Quality of rice must be soft and fluffy. 2. Measure of spices. 3. After eating test left out in mouth. (r)Biryani Vibes rice is fluffy lite and soft i must say it was just perfect. (r)Quantity(Measure) of spices(Masala) was lite in CKN biryani and was perfect in Mutton biryani masala should must in adequate quantity in mutton bcoz its flavour is strong it must need balanced for better aromatic test. (r) Whenever you eat any kind of food then after eating test the test that food left in your mouth indicate the quality of food you eat and it was best in Mutton Biryani its unable to forgot how the mutton was melting in mouth. Final Verdict = so after testing chicken or mutton biryani of biryani vibes i must say that quantity doesn't matter in my way and it was best in between raipur to bhubaneswar you should must try and the curd (dahi) or rayta was perfect too.

Okay so after so many days at Burla...i finally found a good taste of Chicken Biriyani enough for two members...3 piece of chicken with one egg and sufficient amount of rice!! Also i never have the red juice anywhere but in this case I would say it was awesome Also the raita was up to the mark!! Also loved the packing..the biriyani container was kind of cardboard type...it wasn't a plastic container...But have only one concern... quantity of raita was less...rest everything else was good...And this cost only Rs 170 +20 for delivery!! Must try!!

I found Biriyani Vibes after 1hour with lot's of effort .I reached at 3pm as they mentioned 11am to 10pm in there timing but they were closed and no food available. Kindly make sure before you reach wheather it's open or not. I'll try next time and update the review about food quality... So stay tuned 1star because misinformation about there timing.

The Biryani is amazing. The rice is so fragrant and the chicken is tender an tasty. Packaging is neat and clean. Timely delivered. You should definitely try this .Best biryani in Burla
