One of my friends ordered from this website, but the service is extremely poor. They don't even inform you in advance if they are not going to deliver your meal -- it just happens all of a sudden. And when you ask for a refund, instead of taking responsibility, they make excuses and put the blame on the delivery person. On top of that, they don't even return your money. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Very poor service. They forgot to deliver my meal, assured me it wouldn't happen again, yet the same issue repeated on the very same day. When I asked for a refund, they shifted the blame onto the delivery person instead of taking responsibility. Even after repeated follow-ups, they refused to process my refund. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to customers.

Horrible Experience -- A Trap, Not a Service, I wish if I could give half star rating One of the worst decisions I've made was trying Homely Khana. The name is a joke -- there's nothing "homely" about this disaster. - Rotis were bitter - Egg curry was disgustingly salty - Essential items like salad were missing, despite being promised on the menu - Portion sizes were inconsistent (One meal had 2 eggs, the other had just 1) And worst of all -- they tried to scam me with fake "trial charges".They asked for 170 while Two meals cost 140, but I was forced to pay 150 after their bizarre excuses. When questioned, the owner became defensive and passive, instead of owning up to their mess. This isn't just bad service -- this is a clear case of dishonesty and manipulation. Unprofessional. Inconsistent. Misleading. Money-minded. People trust such services for basic dignity and nutrition, and this place delivers neither. If you're thinking of trying it -- don't. Run in the opposite direction. Total fraud disguised as a food service. Absolutely shameful. Update: After my honest review, the owner repeatedly called me and verbally abused me -- calling me names and shouting. Terrible

Misleading reviews and photos. Ordered a trial meal and the food is complete waste. Oily, the masala smells raw, potato is raw and uncooked and the dal is just so bad. Attaching the photo of Dal.
