It's a small sweet and tiffin center, but the person sitting at the counter means the owner is really nice person. He would say the truth about the foods, even he won't give cold foods to the customers. For him, service to mankind is service to God. Even he is not charging much more for the regular or some rarely available items in his shop. You can find different types of tasty sweets from Rasagola to Chhenapoda, Chhena mudki to Palua Ladu. And yes you would find the best quality palua ladu here, which famous in Bhadrak. Also Chhena Mudki is awesome by this shop. Once I took palua ladu, and I kept it outside, not in fridge for 8 days and the taste was same as of first day. Also the shop is easy to notice from the Kacheri Road, Bhadrak. You could get the tiffin in a very cheap price which you couldn't believe. Tiffins are available in the morning and in the evening.
