Rooms on one side ( rear facing ) adjoin a place where workers etc reside so there is disturbance early morning. Working of plug sockets should be checked and ensured working properly. Heater is inadequate

Location of hotel is good. Staffs are good but room tariff is very high according to the facility given. Rooms are small. They don't have fan in room. Price of food is very high. They don't have proper water supply in bathroom. Billing desk is too slow. Overall I recommend this place for short stay in emergency situations if you don't have time to search a better one. This hotel is not so good for long stay or vacations.

We had a excellent stay with group of 9 people from 25th to 27th Dec. Excellent service by Aray at all times with a smile. The food was great too. Place gets very cold at night. Great place to stay in Kohima
