There are no pros, only cons. The ordering process is unnecessarily long and frustrating. You have to scan a QR code to access the menu, which might be fine for those who want to explore a variety of dishes. But I knew exactly what I wanted: one pork momo, one pork chow, and two cappuccinos. I added the items to the cart, but the order kept failing when I tried to submit it. It failed multiple times, and instead of taking the order directly, the restaurant staff just took my phone and kept trying to place the order through it. This was an unnecessary waste of time. The food preparation time was also unreasonably long. We would've understood if the restaurant was packed, but there were only a few people around. Yet, it still took over 45 minutes to prepare just two dishes. Now, about the taste: I'd rate it a big zero. The pork Hakka noodles barely had any pork, just a few tiny pieces, as if we were getting it for free. I've attached pictures for reference. The so called Pork Momo didn't have pork fillings. There wasn't any spicy sauce options. The cost was high, but both the quality and quantity were extremely poor. I visited last year and had a good experience, but this time was a complete letdown. Definitely my last visit to The Soul Food.
