The staff greeted us with warm smiles and were attentive throughout, offering helpful recommendations without ever being intrusive. Our Mandarin Fish arrived first: perfectly seared fillets, bathed in a tangy-sweet citrus glaze that was bright without overpowering the delicate ocean flavor. Each bite was tender and succulent, with just the right balance of zest and umami. The Garlic Naan that accompanied it was a revelation--pillowy soft, flecked with golden roasted garlic bits, and expertly blistered at the edges so it could scoop up every last drop of sauce. We also tried the Tandoori Roti: crisp on the outside, chewy within, with a gentle smokiness from the clay oven that paired beautifully with the fish.
