Hummingbird Food Delivery

Quick delivery test is ok not too great ,Spool not included and it's slightly expensive, i think 220 is fine including delivery charges.

No feedback option and rating option for customers to rate foods and restaurants. Not knowing, ordered food from Yummyland and Spent RS 450 and waited long to lastly receive some tasteless foods, chicken noodle looks like boiled noodle rolled in oil with some hard peices of chicken thrown on it. No vegetables, nothing in it. NEVER order from YUMMYLAND at Keisampaat, Imphal. When we complain, the lady receiver at Yummyland shouts and scream with full defence and Hummingbird should not try to hide such thing and fool customers by not allowing to rate the foods. I have ordered from hummingbird many times. This is the first WORST EXPERIENCE. Will prefer Swiggy now. At least thier customer service is great!

I like it. Delivery is quite on time. Staffs are really very helpful and well behaved. I am completely new in Manipur, Imphal in Sep,19. I have to only speak in Hindi or English. And that is also not understood by everyone. Stuffs from Hummingbird didn't understand my words at first while confirming my order. But they transferred call to someone who can understand Hindi or English just to help me. They also showed patience. Overall it was nice experience to get food delivery from them.

CAUTION!!!DO NOT USE THE APP OR THE SERVICE!!!!!WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! After my order has been confirmed, it has been 40 minutes, but, the delivery person didn't show up. When I call them, they said they didn't even call up the respective food merchant/hotel for the order. But, they assure me that the order will be deliver within 50 mins. When I told them that how is that possible when 40 minutes has already been passed and they didn't even make the order for the food, they kept mum. Unbelievable!!!!

Payment method done through UPI id and got the amount request on gpay and after successful payment, the hummingbird food delivery apps failed to proceed it and shows no order status nor any details. So i tried contacting through rmail but email address eas failed n i call them but they hangup the call, adter numerous attempts i msg them on WhatsApp with screenshot and transaction id but they just keep it on seen without replying. So i advice others to go only for COD method so u won't end up like me.
