Extremely disappointing experience. 1 First order: Delayed by 45 minutes because the food was not ready at the restaurant. The delivery partner had been waiting there for over 30 minutes -- so please don't blame him; the delay was clearly from your kitchen. Your own staff even said, "Sorry madam, aaj ho gaya delay," yet the owner now claims it was the delivery guy's fault? Really? 2 Second order: In a hurry, your team forgot to include 6 phulkas that were part of my order. 3 Tried calling the restaurant via Zomato: The number listed there is banned/disconnected -- no way to contact you. 4 Called through Google instead: Your staff casually said, "Aap dusra order place karo, roti bhejta hu." Tell me -- if you expected me to place another order, does Zomato even accept 0 orders? And how were you planning to deliver when your staff didn't even note my address? Later, the owner called saying, "Don't misunderstand, we were ready to deliver free of charge." Sorry, but your staff never said that. Either you've been misinformed or your team is lying. And regarding the delay -- you took a full one hour without even a single update. One simple call saying "Madam, time lagega" and I would've cancelled peacefully. But no -- you made me sit hungry and wait unnecessarily. Also, for your information, the call with the delivery partner is recorded on Zomato. Please listen to it -- you'll clearly hear who caused the delay. Is Diwali celebration only yours, that you can delay orders and then blame others? Highly unprofessional, careless, and dishonest experience. Definitely not ordering again.
