I had a very bad experience with the food. The quality was extremely poor and far from what was expected. I specifically ordered a rava dosa, but what was served was nothing more than a normal dosa. This shows either carelessness or a lack of authenticity in preparation. When a customer orders a dish, we expect it to be prepared properly and served in the right way -- not compromised like this. Food is not just about filling the stomach, it's about experience, taste, and value for money. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst food experiences I've had. The quality, taste, and presentation all failed to meet even basic standards. I genuinely feel cheated, because what was served was not what was promised. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its quality, because customers deserve respect, honesty, and proper food for the money they spend.
