One of the best hotels in the locality, Akash Misal House is well known for its delicious and authentic food.
Food: The taste is truly top-class, no matter what you try. The place is especially famous for its Misal, Jalebi Rabdi, and Kothimbir Wadi all bursting with rich, traditional flavors.
Service: Despite handling a large crowd every day, the staff is extremely cooperative, attentive, and well-trained, ensuring smooth service and a pleasant dining experience.
Ambience: The ambience is among the best around beautifully maintained over the years, and the recent renovations have added even more charm to it.
Crowd & Management: It's a popular spot, so you might find some waiting time, but it's absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant is spacious enough to accommodate 100+ guests comfortably.
Parking: There's ample parking space, and it's well-managed for easy entry and exit, even when the place is full with over 100+ cars at a time.
Overall, this is a must-visit destination on the Pune-Nashik Highway -- perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Definitely a place you'll want to visit again and again!

Best food, good atmosphere, ample parking and lots of crowd. Good crowd management. It's a weekend and we waited for around 25 minutes to get our seat in dinning hall. Every thing was good except bill, we have been charged with excess number of items for items ordered & consumed like extra water bottle and extra pav (misal). Please check your bill before making payment.

I recently visited Akash Misal House and had a very pleasant experience. I ordered the Palak Cheese Dosa, Lime Soda, and Veg Cheese Grilled Sandwich. All three items were delicious and prepared with great quality.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the washrooms were also impressive, which added to the overall comfort of the visit.
The only minor concern is the limited parking space, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy hours. However, considering the excellent food and service, this is a small issue in an otherwise outstanding experience.
Overall, Akash Misal House is a great place to dine, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

A Great Stopover Near Bhimashankar - Delicious Food & Unique Experience
We recently visited this restaurant on our way back from Bhimashankar, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. Both the quality and quantity of the food exceeded our expectations.
We started with Misal and Kothambir Wadi as snacks - both were incredibly tasty. For the main course, we had Mushroom Handi, Dal Fry, Bhindi Kurkuri (on staff's recommendation), along with naan and rotis. Before even mentioning the quality, I must highlight the generous portion sizes - more than enough! And of course, the taste of every dish was absolutely satisfying.
Beyond the food, the restaurant premises also feature several small shops selling handicrafts, home decor items, homemade masalas, sweets, and namkeens. We enjoyed a post-lunch stroll through these shops and picked up a few gifts and souvenirs.
There's also a small playground for children, which adds to the family-friendly atmosphere.
But the real highlight was a life-like elephant statue that immediately caught our attention. The intricate detailing - especially the watery eyes and a tear rolling down - was astonishing and truly commendable.
Overall, it's not just a restaurant but a lovely pitstop where you can enjoy great food and spend some relaxed time while travelling.
