Rude and arrogant without any reason. Mistake was in calling & enquiring about her tiffin service. If basic manners with the customer are missing, God alone knows what food she is sending.

Trued calling 15 times in few days, still no call back, even reached their location and called for exact flat no still didn't picked, really unprofessional and unreliable
