I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I signed up for a 15-day tiffin service with a clear commitment that meals would be delivered each day. However, after delivering only on the first day, the provider requested immediate payment, which I promptly made. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent afterward, with no delivery on the following days. It was highly unprofessional that there was no communication about the lapse in delivery. Had I known there would be an issue, I could have made alternate arrangements. I tried reaching out several times, but my calls went unanswered, leaving me uncertain and inconvenienced. This experience has been extremely disappointing. For anyone considering this service, please be cautious, as they do not appear to uphold their commitments or communicate effectively.
