Special Golden Tea

Definitely a neat and clean place in Pandharpur. They recently renovated and maintain good hygiene in dining area. Poori subji is good. Idly , Vada were notbhot but okay for South Indians to eat with the chutney and sambar. Tea is excellent. Recommended place in Pandharpur, a restaurant that is normal and not hi-fi. Parking is also available in main road bit depends on free spot.

Owner was quite down to earth nd had a little conversation quite happy with his approch As a South Indian Idly vada was a big no no However other orders like Poha ..Sabudana khichdi nd upma saved the grace nd star of action Super comfortable food and decent pricing Last one but not least their chai was superb

I was on a trip to Pandharpur. I was looking for some good places to eat. Man I was too confused. Hands down , if you are looking for some good authentic Maharashtrian food, gullible and a lil bit of hygiene then this place is good. I personally tried their Spl. Poori Bhaji , Jhunka Bhakri and the tea.... The bhakri and the tea is my personal favourite. There is one waiter there who is on a but older side. His attitude and hospitality was awesome it made me come back again while returning back home

Special Golden Tea is quite well known for its puri bhaji definitely the standout item and worth trying. The rest of the food is okay, nothing too special. One thing to keep in mind is that you might have to wait a bit for your food, especially during peak hours. The place is simple, and the service is average. That said, if you're visiting Pandharpur, you should at least give it a try once it's part of the local food experience.
