Absolutely pathetic service. The delivery people are very rude and act as if they Ara doing a favor. One of them kept stealing money which was to be paid to the food preparing people. They take endless holidays during festivals and most times didn't inform day in advance. Not worth the headache.
Pathetic service. Ireegularity in delivery to proper location and losing tiffins. Their attitude is as if they are offering you a free service and not to forget all the government leaves and festival leaves they take. On top of all this, they still demand hike in salary every year and bonus on Diwali (which is a full month salary). Management has lost control of the system and have no idea to maintain the reputation. We have to pay them money and suffer from not receiving food and pay extra to eat from outside.
Worst service. We have a small tiffin service business. These people have lost 35 tiffin till date and have no clue of where they are. When you call their president he hangs up the call saying you have to call the person who picks up the tiffin, if that person can't solve your problem, nobody can. No ownership taken by anyone. Their supervisor Nilesh shouts on customers and we have lost a lot of business due to him.
The office is in good condition.the place is situated in crowded place
