1.They are accepting orders till the last minute because of which people who already placed orders well in advance suffer a lot. 2. I placed my order for dinner tiffin at 1 o'clock in the afternoon ( well in advance) Still when I reached to collect my tiffin they said , " we are making sabji again, as it got over due to high demand... 3.Then they packed cauliflower and potato sabji using short cut method , which was not at all good in taste. I had placed order well in advance, they should have kept food for me and keep my tiffin aside and then entertain other last minute orders. 4.When I tried to explain my problem, they weren't ready to listen. Instead they said , " if you don't like it , find other tiffin services". I don't appreciate this behaviour. 5. See my point is if someone is placing an order well in advance with you then they should not suffer like this. Just because of your negligence. Or they should not entertain last minute orders.
