Frequently electricity cut off and no generator back up as management saying they are not supposed to switch on generator for rental rooms. No room services. Have to bear energy cut off for more than a hour so left room immediately with no refunds MR yogesh owner very baad management
I will not recommend this resort and lawns to anyone, especially not for a wedding, because the staff here is not supportive at all. They have a reason for everything. No matter what happens, they immediately raise their voices and start arguing. The staff doesn't even know how to interact with their customers.
Very bad experience, staff is very rude, don't co operate, it's totally wastage of money, electricity bill unit charges are so high and illegaly per unit 28 rs charge taken, many of hiden charges taken, staff is illetrate and arogent behaviour, distance is so far from malkapur, don't book your wedding and don't wastage your money
Worst experience!! Would have given negative star if it was possible. The owner should look into there staff behaviour, also they charge you extra for everything. Will personally recommend not to book this ever.
It was a wonderful experience. I visited with my friend who works there. The location was good, and there was a peaceful temple nearby. I was fortunate to visit during the rainy season, experiencing both the rain and the cloudy atmosphere. The variety of colorful birds around the hotel added to the charm. Additionally, the hot shower was fantastic.
