I recently had dinner at "Annapurna Gharguti " in Kolhapur and tried their "Special Chicken Fry Thali " and "Special Mutton Fry Thali." Both thalis were packed with rich flavors and had perfectly cooked meat that reflected the authentic taste of Kolhapuri cuisine. The dishes were well-balanced with spices, making for a delicious and satisfying meal. One of the highlights was their "Pandhara Rassa" and "Tambda Rassa", both of which were exceptional. The "Pandhara Rassa" had a rich, mildly spiced, and creamy texture, while the "Tambda Rassa" had the perfect blend of spice and heat, adding a depth of flavor to the meal. These signature gravies truly elevated the dining experience. The ambience of the restaurant is moderate--simple, clean, and functional, without any extravagant decor. However, their quick service is a big plus, ensuring that food arrives promptly even during busy hours. Overall, "Annapurna Gharguti " is a great place for those looking to enjoy an authentic, flavorful, and fulfilling Kolhapuri non-veg thali experience. Overall a Good dinning experience, If someone wants to tryout a new dinning place, one can give it a shot...
