Cake shore

I have ordered one Ferrero Rocher - 700Rs cake for the surprise birthday treat. I have asked for the candle but it was not delivered with the cake. Also the paper plates, tissues were not available. Even I asked the person to provided but he denied it. This shop is located on the main junction. The taste of the cake was Awesome but not satisfied with the service. The mandatory items like candle, plates and tissue to be provided. Discounts and combos can be offered to attract people. One of the best bakeries in Varlala. Ok, the customer service and ambience is good. The food is awesome. The waiting period is normal. I tried masala shawai and Dates karikkin shake, it was so delicious and i enjoyed it a lot. I'm not a fan of Karikkin shake but this shake made me so happy.

Worst experience ever... I ordered a fruit salad today and asked about the waiting period. They informed me, like 10 minutes. They took the money immediately. I waited for around 25 minutes and asked again. Then the billing staff justified the moment with some technical difficulties. I waited for half an hour and demanded the money back. There are enough staffs but they are irresponsible and don't know how to deal with a customer. Never come again or recommend to others..

Please dont buy shawaya and shawarma from this restaurant if you want to protect your stomach. I have experienced a lot
